Simply log in to onlineSCR and register your School, there is a one-off fee to register and an annual maintenance fee for each data record. Transfer your current Single Central Record into our bespoke system which is fully compliant with Ofsted and ISI requirements in accordance with the “Keeping Children Safe in Education” by the Department for Education guidance.

Once set up you will have access to your Single Central Record through the onlineSCR Portal. From the main menu you can view your Single Central Record, if you need to order any additional checks or services which may be required in accordance to DFE guidelines our system has it all, click and order facility, results automatically into your Single Central Record, additional checks and services ordered will be invoiced on a monthly basis.

You will have the facility to add additional admin users and schools if you wish and will be given 24/7 access to onlineSCR. The information is subject to an encrypted back-up every night to a server housed in a ISO 27001 UK data storage centre.
