How do I transfer my existing MS Excel-based Single Central Record?

We can upload your current single central record into our system. Our system audits your Single Central Record 24/7 and will flag up any areas that require attention. This ensures that you are fully compliant. Our colour coded system allows you to clearly see the current status of all your checks.

What staff types are covered in the Single Central Record system?

Our system covers all staff types in accordance with Ofsted or ISI guidelines.

Can the Single Central Portal be used across Academy Trust schools?

Yes! You can easily switch between schools within your Multi Academy Trust. You can also transfer records between schools.

Can I transfer my current MIS data into the Single Central Record portal?

No problem! We can provide a trusted connection (used by over 18,000 UK primary and secondary schools) to communicate with your Management Information System. Information only needs to be entered once and, with the click of a button, the information transfers directly into our system.

How simple is it to order a recruitment check?

Our systems are directly connected to the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) and other regulatory bodies. You can request a variety of checks at the click of a button. We carry out the checks for you and populate the results back into your single central record automatically. This saves you time and completely eliminates input errors.

What other checks do you provide?

You can order the following checks: Online DBS, Prohibition, Section 128, QTS and DBS update service. Results automatically upload back into your online Single Central Record. Certification is provided with results.

How easy is it to manage staff details?

Our portal is extremely simple to use. Stay in control of your single central record by amending user rights, fully manage what your staff can access and amend. Unlimited users can be added to the account and our report log provides details of who has logged in and when.

Our built-in reminder system automatically flags up checks that are expiring and require renewals. Checks currently in progress can also be tracked to assess which stage they are at. We also provide a weekly reminder email to highlight areas of your single central record which require attention to keep you on track for your inspections.
